josh and i watched a really good video on TED a few months ago about trying something new for 30 days. i attempted to write in my journal for 30 days straight. i was pregnant and i thought it would be a great way to document that glamorous stage of my life....ya know, nausea, heart burn, clothes not fitting. better in theory than in execution. whatevs. also, i'm going to burn my journals because really all i do is vent in them and if someone read them...eek! well, i am going to try something else for 30 days, since it went so well the first time. i am going to do jillian michael's 30 day shred (minus sundays, hello sabbath!). seriously. i just need to kick this workout rut in the bud and what better way to do it?!

I have this workout. Just the other day, I did a Jillian workout called "30 Day Ripper". I guess she likes naming them 30 Day something..... Must be to get us to do it for 30 days.
